At ODA, we put a strong emphasis on leadership. That's why we're deeply committed to developing the new generation of leaders who can develop more leaders! We offer year-round internship programming to young men and woman ages 16 and up. We believe that with the proper discipline and mentorship, each such student has the ability to step into their highest calling outside of the arts and beyond the academy.
